Submission Checklist

The following information is required when making a submission to our insurance underwriters. The more complete and professional the submission the better the quotation will likely be. Loss Runs are the most important element and are absolutely needed to get any response from the insurance carriers!

  • Completed “supplemental” application. We will complete the traditional Acord application required by the companies.
  • 3-5 years hard copy company loss runs from your existing insurance companies
  • Site Plan of the developments showing the buildings and distance between them. This can be hand written and approximate.
  • Photos of the front, back, etc. A picture says a thousand words and are very helpful when asking for the lowest price.
  • The cover page(s) of your current policies.
